Universal Studios is located North of LA in the Hollywood area. There are several studios here in addition to Universal including, Warner Brothers just the other side of the fence.
Universal is a working studio with projects going on all the the time. You just never know who or what you will find yourself in the biddle of.
We were greeted at the entrance (Debbie on the left, Jennie on the right if you couldn't tell) and checked out some of the displays they had.
This is the original Delorian used in the Back to the Future movies
And here is the original Apollo 13 capsule used in the movie of the same name.
We went on the Jurassic Park ride, but ran into some trouble when the Velociraptors escaped.
We took the back lot tram tour and got to see the stages where work was being done. Here is a prop used in the movie Fargo, and this from The Flintstones movie.
The back lot tour was not problem free either. We ran into this fish problem as well as an earthquake and King Kong. Oh, and a lava flow too.
We did finally make it our after many prayers. Say, that was a very narrow church... This is an example of the building props that they have there.
