The hotel offers many nice features that I enjoy. There are 2 swimming pools and 2 hydrotherapy pools.
There is a nice fountain in a central courtyard that is also used as a dining area (for special events, etc).
The fountain is quite large and ornate and dates back to the original exploration and settling of the
California area by Spain. The courtyard that this is in is open to the sky above and has rooms located
off of it from the second story up.
The dinner that was hosted by MAS in Laguna was very nice. It was held in the Laguna Hotel. The
dining room that we were in was on the lower level right off the beach.
Directly thru the windows from the dining area was a nice strip of beach.
After the dinner and touring the area to discover the clues to solve the Mystery we were turned loose
to explore the town on our own. I checked out the beach at sunset (and was able to see the comet
Hale Bopp no less).
