About My Background
I am a veteran Karate, Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics, and Self Defense Instructor. I have been an instructor for over twenty years. I have just retired from Law Enforcement where I was the Chief Self Defense Instructor for the Richmond Police Department in Richmond, Virginia. Now I am practicing and teaching my technique and my art full time. I hold a Second Degree black belt in American Open Style Karate and a Fifth Degree black belt in my own self defense and control technique-focused system, SAKA JITSU KARATE.
