My maternal grandfather is (I6)Raymond Laverne SCHUYLER. He was born 24 May 1884, and raised, at Henrietta(Rochester), Monroe Co., N.Y. His father's name is (H5)Albertsen Claude, and his mother's name is Sophia D. HARTLEY. In 1901, he relocated to Brighton(suburb of Rochester), N.Y. On 22 May 1907, he married Lotta Pearl GALLUP, at Rochester, N.Y. They lived on Parselles Ave., in Rochester. In 1919, he, along with Lotta and their three surviving children(of four total), relocated to Buffalo, Erie Co., N.Y. Their youngest child, Jean, died in infancy, and is buried at Mt.Hope Cemetery (Lot 46-R1).

My maternal grandmother is Lotta Pearl GALLUP. Her father's name is Robert Merwin GALLUP, and her mother's maiden name is Viola Mildred GREENE. Lotta was born 12 March 1884, and raised, at Kalamazoo, Michigan. In 1904, she relocated to Rochester, N.Y., and lived with her maternal grandmother, Charrie Ann (Humphry)GREENE.

Both (I6)Raymond SCHUYLER and Lotta GALLUP are buried at Mt.Hope Cemetery(Lot#175-R3).

(H5)Albertsen Claude SCHUYLER, was born 7 July 1842, and raised, at Henrietta, N.Y. His father's name is (G2)Benjamin David, and his mother's name is Anna Elizabeth STERNBERGH. On 23 Dec. 1868, Albert married Sophia Donkersley HARTLEY. In 1901, they relocated to the town of Brighton(suburb of Rochester), N.Y.

Sophia Donkersley HARTLEY was born 19 Dec. 1849, and raised, at Rochester, N.Y. Her father's name is James Wm. HARTLEY (born 21 March 1805, at England). Her mother's name is Edna DONKERSLEY(born 13 April 1818, at Rochester, N.Y.). They were married about 1841, at England.  Sophia died 6 March 1926, at Rochester. Her father died on  29 Dec. 1878, at Rochester. Her mother, Edna, died 30 May 1887, at Rochester. All are buried at Mt.Hope Cemetery:(Lot#46-R1).

(G2)Benjamin David SCHUYLER was born 6 May 1807, at Sullivan Town, Madison Co., N.Y. His father's name is (F4)David Isaac, and his mother's name is Maria WOLIVER.
(F4)David Isaac is buried (I believe) at Clay, Onondaga County, N.Y., and Maria WOLIVER is buried at Sullivan, Madison Co., N.Y.

Benjamin's mother died when he was very young, and he was raised by his Aunt Margaret, at Herkimer, Herkimer Co., N.Y. In 1829, he relocated to Henrietta(Rochester), N.Y. On 13 August 1830, he married Anna Elizabeth STERNBERGH, at Henrietta, N.Y. In 1834, he moved to Clay, Onondaga Co., N.Y. He went into the lumbering business at that time. In 1839, he returned to Henrietta, and established a seed-growing farm.

My maternal gg-Grandmother is Anna Elizabeth STERNBERGH. Her father's name is William Adam STERNBERGH. He died 8 Oct.1861, at NYC. Her mother's name is (F10)Mary Margaret Schuyler (born 3 Nov.1791). She died 15 March 1853, at Sterling, Cayuga Co., N.Y. Both are buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery. (Lot#97-Sec.I).

Anna Elizabeth STERNBERGH was born, and raised, at Sullivan, Madison Co., N.Y. In 1830, her family relocated to the town of Henrietta, N.Y.

Both (G2)Benjamin SCHUYLER, and Anna STERNBERGH, are buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery. (Lot#97-Sec.I).
