The SDA-EGW Historical Society is a group of people that have come together to proclaim the TRUTH about Jesus Christ, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Seventh-day Adventists are much like other Christians in appearance, except for three primary doctrines not held by other churches today.
1) The Spirit of Prophecy 2) The Investigative Judgment 3) The Sabbath
The three doctrines listed above are the paramount teachings of the Adventist Church. If you look at these teachings in the true light, you will have a much different picture of what Adventism really is, and the scope and direction of the Advent movement.
Adventists number in the 10’s of millions today, and are active in almost every country of the world. A new Adventist is Baptized every minute, and current Adventists are leaving the denomination at an alarming rate, equal to it’s growth, in many aspects.
Study with us as we look at Adventism today. Many of you, even long time Adventists, and SDA ministers, will be astonished to see what we uncovered when we looked deep into this fascinating religious movement. As our name implies, we look at Adventism from an historical viewpoint, while maintaining a strong allegiance to the Bible. Jesus Christ is the center of our life and Faith. We are assured of our Salvation and we want to see all of our SDA Brothers and Sisters saved as well.
The SDA-EGW Historical Society is not connected in any way with the Seventh-day Adventist Church: We will give you an unbiased, through examination of their doctrines from a Biblical standpoint. Many of our sources are 4th generation SDA’s, SDA theologians, SDA pastors, while others were never SDA’s.
What we want is the TRUTH, and we will not accept
anything less than the TRUTH.
