BANNERS FOR THE KING
REVIVAL BANNER This banner originated in Pensacola at the Brownsville Assembly of God.

The symbols represent the process of revival, beginning with the broken heart. The flames represent the flame of the Spirit which breaks forth from one to another. The blue home represents the next point of revival and the peace which will come with it. The white church represents the holiness that will result from revival fires burning. The arrows into all the world represent the fire of revival spreading in an unquenchable manner.

"For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones." Isaiah 57:15

Immanuel means "God with us" or "with us is God".
It is symbolic and prophetic name of the Messiah, the Christ, prophesying that He would be born of a virgin and would be 'God with us'.

Mat 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Mat 1:22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,

Mat 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Mat 1:24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:

Mat 1:25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.
