It’s right there on the flag of Australia

It’s right here where the child in me lies

It’s with Christ in his pain with the nails in his hands

It’s with every small baby that cries

It’s not making deals with the pedos

And there’s no way we’d pick up a pen

To make it legal for adults

To have sex with kiddies of ten.

I’ve never thought much about Lesos and Gays

Why the heck should it matter to me

What some others do in their bedrooms

Just don’t dare touch children of three!

There’s something illegal about the intent
Of pushing through laws that don’t ask

The input of decent Australians

Who’ve made it their lives and their task

To protect little children from what they don’t know

What their innocence cannot conceive

And it’s deep in abusers’ motives and actions

To lie, cheat and steal to achieve

Control and power no matter the price

But they’re wrong - and we need to go back

To build from the very beginning

A country that’s on the right track

We need to be there for our children

And the babies and toddlers as well

Leave the internet access to adults with phobias

Don’t send our future to hell

In the name of the Anzacs and all who are brave
Who will stand by our side to fight wrong?

 Who will help us put Ozzie pride back in our conscience

That’ll keep kids where they belong?
