When her certificate was issued, Sarah Weddington was living on Coal Run in Pike County, KY.   Reports regarding Sarah's pension are recorded for Sept 25th 1873, Oct 16, 1873, August 7, 1876, July 1, 1891 and July 21, 1891.  A number of these times she had written to her attorney to complain that she had not been paid for previous months.  In 1886, her monthly payment was
increased from $8 to $12.  It appears that Sarah died before April 4, 1894.  There is correspondence bearing this date in the file regarding reimbursement sent to the auditor, most likely for one or more checks received after Sarah died.
