Annotations are either theirs, Donna Shaffer's (who I got this from in Jan 1997) or my own. Midkiff Cemetary is at the top of a mountain at Sumerco, Lincoln Co WV. It's by the highway from Alum Creek to Yawkey. The underscores are shown just as I received the list.
