HENLOW GRANGE HEALTH FARM

On Friday the 2nd July 1999 the company I work for celebrated 25 years in business. For this occasion all the ladies that work at the company (why did I get invited I here you say *wink*) were invited to go on a trip to Henlow Grange Health Farm in Henlow Bedfordshire. Obviously we all eagerly accepted this offer.

The day really went with a swing. We were completely pampered there. I myself had a manicure, pedicure, facial, full body massage, body gold (which is a treatment that removes toxins and cellulite from your legs (supposedly !), as well as having full use of all the facilities for the day. Nicola and I ventured out on a bike ride - I haven't ridden a bike for ages and we were both wobbling all over the place. The swimming pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool were all fantastic too. We even met Paul Gasgoine and *Naomi Campbell* there !

As can be seen from the photos above Henlow Grange is a really beautiful old building. Not only is the Grange itself very pretty to look at, but the gardens there are lovely too.

In the evening we were also treated to a meal at the restaurant there. The food was really nice, and it just finished the day off nicely.
