Well, it ain't so easy!  It goes like this:

Hans Michael and Barbara Propst, immigrants from Germany
Son Johann Michael Propst had three wives -- Anna Maria Keller, 
Maria Margaretha Corell, and Catharine somebody.

Now comes the problem.  Johann Michael had a batch of kids, 
including  Henry who married Elizabeth Beaver Kline (Klein); 
Henry was a well-known veterinarian, reportedly from Penna.  
But was he Johann Michael's son?  Everybody would like to know!  
I have had so many inquiries about that possible relationship, 
but I have seen nothing to prove it.  I have several lists of 
Johann Michael's kids, but Henry b 1745 isn't there.  Eight born 
in Penna, six more in MD or WV.  Margaretha Barbara Propst was 
born 17 Aug 1745, so Johann Michael didn't have a son Henry in 
1745.

So there's a major disconnect between Henry Propst, DVM, b abt 
1745, and Johann Michael Propst, b 1712.

There are three other descendants of Henry, DVM, whom you might 
want to contact:
James W. Green III
Ann Propst
Barbara Propes McCollum
