If by chance, they will not remove your or his name from card, request that your/his user status be frozen (no longer active). If you are planning to move out/leave, be sure to write down all credit card acct. numbers and phone numbers for future contact prior to your departure. Lastly, Make sure you take the name of the person you spoke to and the date request was made and keep in a safe place for future reference. |
