Searchable transportation records from Ireland worth 9/10 although records pre 1836 were destroyed...there is still reference if there was a petition regarding family members, a good insight for what people were actually transported for

LDS (Probably the best of the best)
The Church of Latter Day Saints.....the best. The FIRST Place to start for a beginner. Sometimes there can be duplication of names and not every name on earth is in there but it is the best place to start. 12/10
Index to Assisted Immigrants arriving in Sydney and Newcastle
Searchable index great if you are unsure how your family happened to be here in Aust. Maybe they had assistance. Tip: Do try and be exact where possible entering Smith without an initial is Not a good idea! Also includes the ship name, family and fiche numbers if you require. 9/10
