A Texas Christmas

The Pilot Club of Quitman proudly announces the 1999 Holiday Extravaganza!

The Holiday Extravaganza will be held at the Carroll Green Civic Center in Quitman on November 20th at 11:00 am.

Raffle Tree

As you stroll through the Carroll Green Civic Center, there will be many wonderful things to behold.  You will be met by our Texas Size Christmas Tree.  This beautiful tree, decorated with many unique ornaments, will be raffled off at the conclusion of our style show.  Chances for this unusual Christmas Tree can be bought from any Pilot Club Member for a mere $1.00

Silent Auction

The silent auction will have a collection of many items handcrafted by the Pilot Club members themselves.  Bidding on the items will continue throughout the entire event.  You will surely find many extraordinary gifts for either yourself or someone on your Christmas gift list.

Table Decorations

Every table will be festooned with a holiday centerpiece.  These decorations, created by the Quitman Pilots, will be a lovely addition to your Christmas decorating in your own home.  Each of these table decorations will be available for purchase.

Country Store

Do not miss the enticing aromas of the freshly baked holiday goodies.  These cakes, pies, cookies, and other delicious treats will add a sumptuous touch to the end of any holiday meal.  Local Pilots will be selling these tempting goodies throughout the morning.

Buffet Luncheon

After you have meandered around the center, a luscious buffet luncheon will be served by the Quitman Pilots.  The tasty recipes served this day will be tried and true recipes from local Pilots.  There will be entertainment and informal modeling while you enjoy your lunch.  Each year this luncheon draws rave reviews from those in attendance.
